About Alice
I was born in Haiti and raised in Connecticut and went on to become the first in my family to graduate from a four-year college. I traded in the CT beaches for the Purple Mountains of Williams College, where I studied Psychology. While at Williams, I caught the finance bug from an internship on the Sales and Trading floor at Goldman Sachs, which led to a ripple effect that brought me to private equity. I've been in the industry for 5 years and I am now excitingly pursuing a career pivot with an MBA at Stanford GSB. In my free time, I love exploring new restaurants, listening to podcasts, and running!
Why do I coach?
My life experiences have ignited a passion in me to create and pave paths for those who come after me. I coach because if not for all of the coaches (shout out my MLT MBA Prep Coach Natasha!) and mentors in my life at various stages, I would not be where I am today. As a first-generation individual (and the oldest of four!) I understand the value of guidance and mentorship. I coach so that I can lift as I rise, and so that you can too.
