About Alessandro
I'm Alessandro, an experienced tech leader and software engineer with a passion for building high-performing teams and innovative products. My journey has taken me from coding and leading projects at Google to guiding and mentoring talented individuals. I thrive on challenges, especially those that require a cross-functional approach and a deep understanding of technology. My experience spans various domains, from developing large-scale distributed systems to launching consumer-facing products that impact millions of users. As a coach, I combine my technical expertise with a genuine desire to help others grow. I believe in fostering a positive and proactive environment where individuals can learn, develop their skills, and achieve their full potential. If you're a software engineer, a tech lead, or an engineering manager looking to advance your career, navigate challenges, or enhance your leadership skills, I'd love to connect and explore how I can support you on your journey. Let's work together to build a better future for you and the tech world.
Why do I coach?
My journey taught me the transformative power of coaching firsthand. When I finally connected with strong mentors and coaches several years into my career, I experienced breakthroughs that would have taken years to achieve on my own. These experiences showed me that while talent and hard work are essential, guided development can be a genuine catalyst for growth. I coach because I want to be that catalyst for others – helping them navigate their path with confidence and unlock their potential sooner rather than later. There's something incredibly fulfilling about helping people reach their 'aha' moments and watching them soar beyond what they thought possible.
