About Adam
I'm and MBA and management consulting coach with an unorthodox professional background. My early career took some unusual turns, from investment banking in Mongolia to innovation consulting for a Mexican chemicals conglomerate. Yet I was able to receive a full scholarship to a top-10 business school and break into BCG consulting BECAUSE of my unorthodox background, not despite it. Over the last decade, I've served as an official and unofficial mentor/coach to dozens of people applying to BCG, Haas, IDEO, Venture for America, and Princeton in Asia. I love hearing people's stories, helping them connect the dots between them, and then share them in the most compelling way possible. And that's why I'm here. To help you find your own stories that will set YOU apart in the admissions journey, then polish them on the page or in-person until they shine. I'll use not just my professional background, but my experiences in acting and creative writing to push your stories and interview presence into the top tier of candidates.
Why do I coach?
As someone who leaned heavily on my network to feel prepared for business school and consulting, I'm eager to help the next generation of students and consultants follow their passions and unlock the opportunity they've worked so hard for. I'm extra excited to help people with unorthodox backgrounds build the confidence they need to nail the business school or management consulting interview. Coaching is also, dare I say...fun! I love seeing people make progress towards their goals and celebrating them.
