Good day! I'm Adam, a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade of experience founding and leading Dig, a fast casual restaurant brand that I founded in 2011 and grew to $100mm in revenue. As the former CEO and now Executive Chairman, I've navigated the challenges of building and scaling a successful business from the ground up. My background also includes roles in private equity and investment banking, so I have a decent feel for the finance and capital side of things. I've coached and advised many entrepreneurs in the consumer space over the years, from helping them refine their high level business strategies, to getting super tactual to solve a specific problem, to being a trusted sounding board to work through challenges not just in business, but in life (in entrepreneurship it’s rare that you can separate the two!) The way I describe my approach is similar to that of improving a player’s batting average in baseball - as an entrepreneur, you are faced with 1000’s of small decisions every day/week/month/year, and I believe the sum and quality of those decisions drives you either closer to success, or failure.
