About Abid

I'm a product marketing leader turned coach, with 15+ years spent navigating corporate life at companies like Microsoft, AT&T, and multiple high-growth tech firms. I’ve been the guy in the boardroom, in the middle of the reorg, and in the interview seat—more times than I can count. But I’ve also been the person who failed out of college, started over, battled imposter syndrome, and found a way to build a life and career I'm proud of. Why do I coach?

I coach because I know how hard it can be to believe in yourself when the world doesn’t hand you a roadmap—or when the one you were following suddenly doesn’t work anymore. I’ve been lucky to have people along the way who saw something in me before I could see it in myself. Coaching is my way of paying that forward.
