Experience level: Consultant
100+ people coached for Management Consulting
Open to working with clients outside the U.S.
Jeremy has helped clients get into these companies:
I was part of Bain's interview team and know exactly what it takes to break into the MBBs (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) and other top consulting firms. I coach full-time, and have 8+ years and 500+ hours of experience guiding applicants. Here are a few other things you should know about me: • Former member of Bain's on campus interview team — interviewed 60+ candidates and read 400+ applications • Specialize in helping my clients master the case interview — the most critical and difficult part of the process • Additional specialties — behavioral interview, resume/cover letter, networking (in other words, I support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process!) • Clients have broken into all MBBs and other major consulting firms — Bain, BCG, McKinsey, ZS Associates, LEK, etc. • Education — MIT Sloan MBA (Class of 2021), Washington University in St. Louis (Class of 2016) I'm a full "partner" to my clients and our prep includes more than just live sessions: • I leverage asynchronous video content on Leland Plus so clients can learn key case concepts between sessions — this allows us to use our sessions for live case practice and drilling on exactly the areas that need work • I assign targeted exercises so clients can practice key concepts outside sessions • I share study guides for all major aspects of the case (e.g., market sizing, frameworks, case math, brainstorming) and behavioral interviews • I customize the process based on the candidate's timeline, target companies, previous case experience, and existing skills — no two candidates are treated the same • I am available over email, phone, and the Leland platform for the duration of our work together and beyond My style is direct, honest, deeply supportive, and I love to have fun and laugh! The prep process shouldn't be a slog. I make sure we're using every minute as intentionally as possible. Some clients work with me for ~3+ months while others reach out before a big interview. My system flexes to accommodate all candidate types. I'd love to explore how I can be there to support you!
