When trying to land an investment banking internship or job there are 2 ways people find out who you are and what you've done: your resume and "your story". This package includes a full review of your resume to make sure you are highlighted in the best way possible. As part of that we will go through, practice and craft how you walk someone through your resume (your story) - the most typical first question asked in every banking interview. Both the actual resume and how to talk about it are critical aspects of landing any job in finance as it establishes the first impressions any interview will have of you. We can be flexible on timing/staging but typically this package would include: - 30-minute intro call. We will walk through your resume and allow me to get to know you. I need to understand your background and who you are so we can better strategize on how to position yourself - I will take some time offline to go through your resume, make suggestions and think through the best way to tell your story - 1-hour call. We will spend time finalizing what we collectively think is the best route for your resume, then spend the remaining time going through your story and the best way to tell it.

Breaking into Banking | Experienced IB Recruiting Coach
I not only have first hand experience in networking, interviewing and securing a role at a top-tier investment bank, I also have a wealth of experience in coaching and mentoring others to do the same. As a finance student at BYU, I quickly realized that starting my career in investment banking would be the best route for me in order to achieve where I wanted to go in my career long-term. After multiple networking trips, info sessions and endless hours of interview prep I was able to secure a summer internship and subsequently a full-time role with Goldman Sachs in their TMT group in San Francisco. During my senior year, in between my internship and starting full time, I served as the Co-President of the Investment Banking Club at BYU - an organization solely dedicated to preparing students to land jobs on Wall Street. As part of that I reviewed countless resumes, organized networking trips, ran mock interviews and helped guide students in any way that I could. Since working in investment banking and then private equity, I have continued to try and find opportunities to help students forge their own path into investment banking and beyond.
