About Charlotte

I did my undergrad work at Penn with a degree in Neuroscience and minor in Chemistry and then stuck around to get my MD at Penn Med (now Perelman SOM). After finishing my residency in Emergency Medicine, I started my career as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Carolina. In 2019 I decided to pursue an MBA and was fortunate to be admitted to both HBS and GSB. During my first year at HBS I founded a venture backed health IT startup which I now run full time. I love coaching all applicants but feel particularly qualified to help those who may have some overlap with my experience, specifically: older applicants, women, parents, LGBTQ+ folks and MD/MBA candidates.
